To all my family and friends who read this message, this year in 2015, I wish each and every one of you a Happy, Healthy and Prosperous New Year. I pray that each of you have comfort, joy, peace, love and guidance throughout the year. To my brothers and sisters in Blue of Law Enforcement and of Firefighters in Red as well as all first responders, no matter the style of badge or the type of patch worn or color of uniform you are all family always on the job and always on call and to you I offer a prayer for strength and courage. You are the new age warriors in todays society, the men and women who each day place a badge upon your chest and strap a weapon to your hip and go out and fight the fight against evil so whether your armor is a law enforcement officers Kevlar vest or a firefighters jacket, whether your weapon is a gun on your hip or a hose on a truck, you are the men and women, who while others run away, you run towards all things dangerous be it a crazed individual intent on killing a police officer or citizen or a menacing wild fire or fire of a home or business.
