To all my fellow Spartans, fellow GoRuckers, my Masked Teammates & OCA Comrades in Operation Enduring Warrior, and whoever else in the roads of my favorite city of Washington DC right now rucking 31 miles for the fallen SEALS, Soldiers & the furry comrade who fell on that dreadful day in Afghanistan in the summer of 2011....DFQ. As I sit here and read all of your FB posts of the night, I cant help but wish I was out there embracing the suck....It really didnt hit me until right now as I scroll through my newsfeed. This is the third event I had to back out of this season, and I think its time to stop trying to think I have something to prove with my disability, listen to my body, and save myself for such honorable events such as this. I cant help it but beat myself up right now. I feel very foolish. Keep fighting the good fight comrades...Ill be thinking of you. Never Forget
