To all my friends and family.. I have something very important I want to ask each and all of you. First of all I got hurt on the job in trucking...broke 3 ribs.. and broke my hand and wrist and am not receiving any workers comp at this time. I need you alls help in a bad way.. to help save my 2 yr. old daughter Mary Anna Elizabeth Montgomery who is in Tennessee Foster Care. They came to Oklahoma a yr. ago and got her while I was on the truck in Minnesota, after the judge gave me emergency custody..The mother had signed my child over to me...then the judge said the child was in the jurisdiction of Tennessee and child welfare came and got my child from my home...but they did not turn her over to the mother as they found the mother to be unfit a,,nd put her in foster care in tenn. After talking to several attorneys here in Okla....I rented a car and went to Newport, Tn. and filed an emergency order in court to get her back, bjut the the judge there didnt sign it and left her in foster care.. I have done everything in my power that I can do to get my child back. My sister tried to get her..but t the state of Texas denied her...the mothers mother tried to get her and the state of Ga. denied her...that leaves only me her father to get her out and bring her home...but the state of Tenn.. wants me to get an attorney and file the petition in court to get her back..After contacting several attorneys in Newport, Tn. they wanted to charge me 3000.00 to do that....then I found a judge who is Beth Boniface...she is a judgein the next county over from Cocke County, Newport, Tn. where my daughter is at. She has already drawn up papers and is only charging me 1500.00...she said as soon as she gets it...as she already has the papers to file in court... that I will have my daughter back in a week. I have kept in touch with DCS every week..steve clevinger on the status of my daughter..I have been in every meeting via telephone all these 14 months. Now..the last meeting was on jan. 7th this month...and I am told that the court could pull the trigger anytime and put my child up for adoption. I cannot let this happen to my baby girl. Im hurt physically,,and cant work but have a lawsuit in Va. against a truck stop where I got hurt and will get a substantial amount of money from them...but wont go to court till april or may...therefore I have no money or nothing to get my daughter out of foster care.. I need help and am in need of desperate help to get my daughter home before the court steps in and takes my baby girl away from me permanently and I will never see her again. Will someone or 15 people send 100.00 or whatever you can to Beth Boniface the attorney/judge to get my baby girl home to me..her phone number is 423-581-1885. Once you have done that if you will...please let me know....and when I get my settlement..you will get it back.. PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME SAVE MY DAUGHTER. Im coming to you...all my family and friends with a grieving heart as if I lose my daughter...it will destroy me. I have no where else to turn. Thank you for your time and for reading this..
