To all my friends and family who work for wm this person is more uneducated than the people he is speaking of:( Chris Miller :While I understand your want to support workers, and I do support workers, the misconception of screwing their workers is a falsehood. They pay a non educated workers wage to do the terrible job the expect for a: non educated worker. There is a really interesting study out that shows how Walmart is paying what they can afford and gives great benefits for the work being done. These individuals have insurance, college options, promotion options based on performance... for a non educated worker making 8.79 an hour on average I would say they are doing pretty good. As you have said multiple times to me and have instilled in the kids, education takes you places... if you want nice things go get educated and find a job where there is a demand. Walmart should never be anything more than a high school/ college kid job
