To all my friends who are in the legal and medical professions, I need a referral for an expert witness. As I have mentioned a few times, Randy made the unilateral (and highly unwelcome!) decision to move his tackle making items into my scraproom. This has created a snowball effect and my boys are now under the misguided impression that they can utilize the craftroom whenever they wish cuz Daddy does. Tonight I was expecting to be able to get some work done on a few layouts I wanted to finish. However, I quickly discovered that my husbands junk is in the way. When I went to move it, he started telling me how they were drying and couldnt be moved. And as he was explaining this to me, he helped himself to four handfuls of my hoarded Milk Duds. Based upon his recent behavior, I am in fear for his safety. I am worried that serious physical harm is going to befall him. There is the possibility, albeit slight, that I may be blamed for his injuries. And so, I feel I need to line out witnesses for my defense. First and foremost, I will need a respected medical professional who has the training and education to perform an analysis of the wounds which are likely to be found upon my husbands body. This expert will have to make a finding consistent with the following: It is my sound professional medical opinion that the injuries sustained by Mr. Lutjen, which amounted to 63 stab wounds and lacerations, were completely unrelated to the fact that there are 63 different pairs of scissors in the room in which the injuries are alleged to have occurred. It is my opinion that these injuries are clearly self-inflicted, including the injuries sustained as a result of a note stapled to Mr. Lutjens forehead. The fact that this note was scrawled in Mrs. Lutjens handwriting and had the words get your own $&!@ milk duds is not conclusive and should be discarded by the trier of fact. So if any of you know any medical professional who will be willing to testify as I just outlined, please have them contact me! The sooner the better...........
