To all my friends who work in a corporation/company with an IT department/division: PUP senior students majoring in Computer Science (BSCS) and Information Technology (BSIT) need to undergo internship this coming semester and seek companies who accept/require OJT interns. If your employer (or you know someone who does) needs interns, kindly PM me their requirements, contact persons and/or email addresses so I can post it in our FB group page. For your reference, BSCS students need only 200 hours (1-2 months) to comply while BSIT students need 500 hours (4-5 months). If accepted, the students need to have the company sign a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with PUP to make it official. No form of compensation is required but it would be nice if the company gives allowances for food and transportation. Thank you.
