To all my independent film maker friends: Im putting something together, and its a colossal amount of work for one person. BUT for several people, it wont be that big of a deal at all. Why should you consider getting involved? Because when its done, EVERYONE who has participated will get the entire end product, which in turn, will allow YOU to be able to sell your OWN films, independent of any distributor or sales agent. If youve had a film distributed before, you know youre lucky to get 10 or 20% of what the film grosses after expenses and all the BS. But, what Im building, (hopefully with your help), will allow YOU, the film maker, to keep a MAJORITY of the profits on your film. It doesnt require any training, or special gear other than a computer. Its mostly a time thing. So I need a handful of dedicated hard working film makers who are willing to commit to put forth a little bit of time towards making something happen that will benefit EVERYONE, including yourself.
