To all my juniors upset about their prefectorial body posts, Im not involved in school affairs anymore. I dont know why, or how you missed out on whatever you think you deserved. You may have been given a post that does not reflect your actual ability or been left out altogether. Whatever the case, I know exactly how it feels. Trust me, I know it best. And believe me when I say this, it doesnt matter, at all. Your school prefectorial body posts will never be an indication of how good a leader you are. Most school leaders end up following their followersin a matter of few years. Consider this part of your education. If you have been wronged, LEARN. Take this chance to understand what it means to work under a leader, use this opportunity to ensure you dont make mistakes when you find yourself in a position to choose leaders. Remember, Buddha and Mahatma Gandhi did not need official titles to be great leaders. So dont be disheartened. Lift your heads up high and do what you believe in- the followers shall come. :) *hugs*
