To all my lovely clients I just wanted to apologise for the last few weeks where I havent been able to respond to emails or calls as quickly as I normally would. There is a lot going on behind the scenes here and I am doing my best to keep to my usual schedule. I am also trying very hard to get on top of all the galleries for you as well as post sneak peeks up. You will be notified as soon as your gallery is ready and not before. At the risk of sounding rude, I need to get something off my chest. I am a one woman business and I work extremely hard and I put my heart and soul into everything I do. I aim to do my best with everything and anything that I do. I work far more hours than I would like to admit to provide an amazing product and service with the only goal of making my clients happy. That is all that i strive for. I take so much pride in my work and in my customer service. But please do keep in mind that I have a family, I am human, I have feelings, I get very tired and I sometimes forget things or make mistakes (hey there are a lot of clients and only one of me!). I have two kids, I have a husband, and a life outside of my business. Yes you may see me jump on Facebook (a lot of the time I actually schedule my posts to post when I am not physically at the computer) or my email on occasion and reply to messages late at night or early in the morning. However please do not mistake this for me being a 24hour support service. I am a business. I would not contact you at a crazy hour so please limit phone calls and texts messages to me to standard office hours (approximately 9am-5pm). I may not always be able to answer your call but I will endeavor to phone you back ASAP. There are many reasons why I may not be able to take a call during work hours too. I often have studio sessions during the day and outdoor sessions in the afternoons and have to pickup from print labs, do post office runs, call clients as well as being a stay at home mother. By all means email me at any time you would like and I will respond as soon as possible. If you havent heard back from me within 48 hours (excluding weekends) just shoot me another or send me a text message to ensure I have it and to make sure it hasnt disappeared into cyberspace.
