To all my lovely student, You might read this or you might not, but i wanted to share something with you guys, Do you ever think about what is learning actually? i come to school, i learn, i attend to the lecture, i learn, i submit the assignment, i learn, i pass the exam, get some good result, i learned something. Is that true? what do you think? True, I personally think that is totally true, that is the formality of our schooling or a structural system of learning. and How do you learn then? why do you learn? probably this two question, i personally think there is no exact answer for anyone of us, learning is part of our life?we make living of it, we earn money from what we had learn. true, definitely true. You need to learn. I would suggest a new way of seeing learning, i portray learning as part of entertainment, self-actualization, i gain more understanding about myself, other self, the world around us. putting our self in a way that seeing things from different perspective. doesnt it looks fun to you? what say you if i tell you that the greatest asset you will have at the end is the thing you had learned? So, what is that learning actually?why?and how do learn? Learning is a form of investment, i always believe, the greatest investment in towards our own self, not the property, not the stock, nor the insurance. if someday, we had an car accident or what, things that will help us definitely is the knowledge to encounter the problem. not the insurance coverage right? learning get us to know ourselves better. Dont i know myself? i love to play badminton, i love to eat dessert, i love to watch movie and etc. Doesnt that enough? i had knew myself great enough! I am totally agree with that, i do learn about myself from those things and activities too, but at a greater extend of learning we analyze and we adapt the knowledge application in different situation, that is a different expect of learning right?for example, i learn the concept of 5W 1H, if i could apply it on any aspect of my life like buying a laptop, decision making, making proposal to your gf/bf, doesnt it look incredible, this is just an example, imagine, if you could used other knowledge, theory, concept you learn in any subject and apply it to another perspective, how much you can do? Amazing right? Then? Putting yourself to other perspective to reflect the the me/I you actually learn to know yourself better, what is your passion, motivation, where is your soul belong to, a greater extend of learning, isnt it?we call that self-actualization, finding self, knowing self, understanding self, and question about there might be no self after all. Hmm..i guess the crap is enough and ya, it is enough, hope it might inspire you someway through my sharing. Cheers!
