To all myDesire community members and future members Some people come to my house at CHOICE street looking for a place within this community; they say they identify and just love our community from a distance but would like to know what this community is about and what it stands firmly for. Well first of all I must say that I’m very happy that they asked because we do not want dwellers in this community who don’t know what we are about. This is a virtual community with REAL people. The experience is not farfetched from the real experience from your community, be it Umlazi, Soweto, Eshowe, Mokopane, etc for example. Now what makes this community different is that it fully believes in its own people’s Dreams / Desires. We believe that with the right support from our community structures we can achieve our biggest dreams and we are prepared to work hard as this community to support one another. We have created a symbol of our greatest desire to succeed in all areas of life, be it Physical, Mental and Spiritual. We associated our symbol with Pure Water for the following reason; Water is a precious resource that is a necessity for all human kind and everyone regardless of colour, race, class, poor or rich needs it and the prolonged absence of water in any human body leads to death. Desires/ Goals/ Dreams are precious, they are signs of talents given by God that needs to manifest to life. Desire to achieve those goals is a necessity for all human kind and everyone regardless of colour, race, poor or rich has their own Desires in life of which when they dehydrates due to circumstances, the inner person gradually dies and sometimes an empty vessel still grows to age 80 or more with no drive or intent. Like any other community we have collective goals like our own community development initiatives intended to benefit all our community members. Those initiatives will be revealed to all myDesire community members once they are approved by our local government at community level. We ask the community at large not to rest at this point and lobby for more people to come and join or just like this community as it will assist us in bringing our community initiatives to our community sooner.
