To all of my Canadian team and friends...as you celebrate your thanksgiving weekend I want each of you to know how very grateful I am for you. As a result of your courage, your vision, your leadership and passion a country is forever changed. Your willingness to think outside the box and take the road less traveled has changed thousands of lives, including mine. You are trail blazers, visionaries, pioneers, and some of the biggest dreamers I have ever met. I thank god everyday that this amazing opportunity has brought the most amazing people into my life.
