To all of my brothers and sisters in Christ, friends and family. I am deeply grateful for all of your prayers, compassion, love, kindness, encouragement, well wishes and help throughout the past weeks. I am humbled for the outpouring of support in words and actions. I thank and praise our Father God for the answers to your prayers that he has set into motion bringing healing to my injuries. It has been mentioned to me that I didnt say what happened, so.... I motioned my husband to stop while he was mowing, which he did. I walked toward him and my last step went under the deck of the riding lawn mower. I heard the blades make a funny sound. I looked down and saw my shoe was cut open (didnt look too good). This misstep resulted in the nail of the big toe on my left foot being ripped off, received a few lacerations on two toes and an open fracture. Ouch! God truly blessed me. He protected me, kept me from sustaining a devastating injury. All glory to God! I have an extremely skilled doctor treating me. The foot is slowly healing. God is restoring me to wellness.
