To all of my friends: Some events have transpired over the past two weeks that have not only been a huge weight on myself and Luke, but they also have destroyed our friendship beyond repair. There is no need whatsoever for me to go into any details of what happened, as it has already created way too much drama and way too many problems for people close to both of us. Luke and I talked face to face again last night. I know that he did not do this to hurt me, and I believe him when he says he didnt tell me because he was afraid. I believe that this has weighed as heavily on him as it has me, but ultimately that doesnt excuse his actions or decisions. He willingly admitted that to me, and that he had betrayed me in that light. At the end of things, I told him that I love him, gave him some pointers on his new relationship and wished him the best. In that way, I gave him my blessing on my terms. We apologized to each other, and ultimately that is the end of it. As for Heather, everyone involved in this situation has seen how she acts and knows that she has issues...even Luke. My opinion is that this at the very least started as a way for her to get to me, and to get attention. If that is the case, then she succeeded because look at all of us... Let it go. If her motives are rooted in evil, you are only making her feel good about herself right now. Karma finds those who live their lives this way. So let it go and stop fueling the fire. Ive washed my hands of it all, and Im moving forward in a better direction. Feel free to follow me.
