This site is meant for the well being of the motorcycle community, to help inform the community of fallen riders. This site is NOT meant as fishing grounds for lawyers that have no ethical standards . Rule of Professional Conduct 7.3(a) states: (a)Direct contact with prospective clients.Except as permitted pursuant to paragraph (d) of this Rule, a lawyer shall not solicit professional employment from a prospective client with whom the lawyer has no family or prior professional relationship, by mail, in person or otherwise, when a significant motive for the lawyer’s doing so is the lawyer’s pecuniary gain. The term “solicit” includes contact in person, by telephone, telegraph or facsimile, by letter or other writing, or by other communication directed to a specific recipient.
