To all our friends and family: It will be14 mths and 6 days tomorrow that our worlds were shattered with the horrible news of Jordans death. It was made even worse with the knowledge that it was being ruled as though no foul play had been involved. For those of us that truly knew and loved Jordan, that ruling didnt make sense. So with the prayers, love and the support of all of you, we set out to prove them wrong and to bring justice to Jordan. And we did it! Thank you to all of you! Tomorrow Rory Haug will plead and be sentenced to the following: January 12, 2015 RE: State of Kansas v. Gregory Melvin Haug Jr. Riley County District Court Case 2014-CR-0457 The Defendant was recently convicted of Aggravated Battery, Unlawful Possession of Heroin and Interference with Law Enforcement in the above referenced case. Sentencing for the Defendant has been set for January 26, 2015, at 10:00 AM in Division III, 3rd Floor of Riley County District Court. Additionally, if a Motion for Departure from the Kansas Sentencing Guidelines has been filed with the Court, that hearing will also take place at this time. I just wanted to update you all and to give thanks for believing alongside of us..we couldnt have done it without each and every one of you! When I started this page, it was without a doubt that someone was responsible for Jordans death and that person needed to be held accountable. I did it of my unconditional love for Jordan and with the upmost love and respect for his family and family. My intentions were to get justice for this beautiful boy and to help bring some kind of closure to his loved ones. I pray and hope thats what was accomplished. Jordi, I miss you with all of my heart and will every second of my life. ..thank you for every smile you brought to me..with every roadblock that we met, I believe that you helped us find a way around it...thank you beautiful boy...i hope you are proud of us all.. ...forever and always missing and loving you!
