To all our friends and family as we go forward on this Christmas holiday we are very much missing our daughter Sheena we ask that all of you out there never forget Sheena and help my family to create change in our laws not only here in Washington state but across the nation. Some people might not know about our efforts to protect our children and I would like you all to share this with everyone you know and ask them to write there elected officials and ask about Sheena Hendersons Law and how we can make this not only a Washington state law but a nationwide law because it doesnt just happen in Washington. Some of you may or may not know that this year Sheena was one of 28 Deaths related to mental health and domestic Violence she was the 28th in my opinion 1 death is unacceptable when there are ways we can fix this. In January we are attempting to put a couple pieces of Legislation before our elected officials in Olympia that may prevent another tradgedy like this from occurring in the future. there is nothing more painful to a father then loosing a child and not being able to protect them and that is just one aspect of all of this my entire family has been devastated as you can imagine I pray that with all of you out their we and our voices can make a change Im not out to solicit money to help in this fight I am out to solicit your voices and to Remember Sheena and how much she cared for her children and patients and anyone that needed her help if we could get her memory out across the nation and get people talking we might have a chance to protect other families and even people like Christopher get the help they need before it comes to this. in Advance I want to thank each and everyone that makes their voice know to all elected officials.
