To all our members and followers: As I walk out of the gym tonight I cant help but think how blessed and lucky I am to share each day with you. No offense to our other classes but I was able to see lauren work with our Crossfit Kids tonight and if you havent seen Lauren work with children you are missing out...she has a very special talent and I wouldnt want anyone else leading our youth into a fitter future. I was also able to see Dana lead a packed house at 4:15pm and transition into a big 5:15 where Reed put on one of the greatest displays of muscle ups Ive seen outside someone of regionals talent. I watched the 615pm finish of the night strong and the magical thing was the encouragement and compassion you all had for each other in every class...no matter what had happend earlier today everyone had an awesome drive and I felt very humble to be able to witness. Lastly, PEAK finished their second class this evening and I felt so proud of their efforts. Although they have only participated in 2 classes you can already tell they get it and will be great additions to our family...I cant wait to see them take on the challenges that lie ahead with the tools they are learning so quickly.
