To all that love, know or see Veronica, Hello my name is fibromyalgia The bringer of fatigue, depression and neuralgia Yes im the one thats ruining her life Because i have now taken over your wife, mom, friend, sister, etc Do you hear her crying out in vain Begging for someone, anyone to take away the pain Always moaning at you in that whiney tone Ranting and raving at you even on the phone Have you noticed that she doesnt seem all there That the plughole is full of her lovely long hair That her fingers swell and stiffen when she peels the spuds shes forgotten what shes doing although her hands are full of suds Do you enjoy being woken in the middle of the night With her fidgeting, wriggling and putting up a fight Against the pain and insomnia now shes in a flare Dont you think how nice she looks with hair stuck everywhere Shambling around in her pjs all day She has no energy u hear her say Oh dear dont look now shes stumbling on the stairs And by tomorrow i will have her falling from chairs When you get in from work and theres no food on the table She will give you all the lame excuses of why she wasnt able Do you feel less than a husband or a man, less than a loving son, daughter, friend or sister Because there is no way that you can Stop her suffering from fatigue, depression and neuralgia Because she now has me, the demon fibromyalgia, Im here to stay and dont bother not doctors or even your god can help her..... her only solution which Ive already whispered in her ear is death but oh well her angry response keeps on being leave me alone, I will fight you everyday, I have others I must live for, no matter how much more you take away She sure is stubborn but Im on for her game.... see you at her funeral because believe me I will win on a weak day.....
