To all the lovely hustlin SALESWOMEN selling cars; How old are you, how did you get into the car business ? How long have you been selling and where are you located ? Whats your average units per month ? Whats the male to female ratios? Do you feel a disadvantage or advantage in this business. Im 25, Ive been selling almost 3 years, and I work at Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Pensacola, FL. I kinda fell into the car business. Never would have even thought about it as a profession. My average is about 12 units per month. Female to Male ratio is 2:15. Sometimes I feel at a disadvantage because of the prodominantly male environment and its ways. Politics and whatnots. Other times I feel like Im a breath of fresh air and its an advantage because my womanly ways can get me further in the sales process. Just curious about the other Sales ladies takes on the business. :) love this group !
