To all the people who have messaged me recently to say they have gotten back into training, prompted or inspired by my posts..... WELL DONE GUYS/GIRLS! Thank you for your kind words and long may it last! We are influenced by all that is around us, hence for me Facebook is purely about training - I love training, have done for years and in todays world with the internet and social media as it is, it makes researching/learning and understanding sooooooooo much easier than when I started some 20 odd years ago I am inspired everyday by something new I learn.........
