Are you politically and ideologically committed and prepared to sacrifice for AIBEA or any other organisation you dream of forming? 2. Would you seek promotion to the officers’ cadre once you are eligible? 3. Are you sufficiently versed in Trade Union laws, banking system and regulations? 4. Are you prepared to devote a major part of your 24 X 7 hours for 365 days for your union? 5. What is your present role in the trade union you belong now?
