To all who dont know my news, Ive been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. As my late Mum had it and my sister has it, Im aware of what to do and what not to do. Lost 5kgs last week - good start to diet - blood sugar down to 11.6 this morning from 16.2 last week, so I must be doing something right!
