To all you Mac fans that swear that your product that you pay way too much for is superior to anything Windows Last night, well more like 3am this morning, my old Dell lappy went over backwards onto a concrete floor after I slammed the lid down a bit too hard (was a bit pissed at a third party software nightmare Id been dealing with since 5:30pm). I cant imagine the carnage that would have caused to your blessed Mac, but my laptop has no physical damage that I can find except the control button flew off (I found it so I at least didnt lose control ;) ) Unfortunately it began to freeze just after boot up and I thought my poor hard drive was toast so I popped off the back plates, adjusted the memory cards, removed the hard drive and blew on it a few times, dropped it back it, re installed Windows and, well, here I am =) Best of all, my little Dell trooper, the one that is now running just fine? I didnt pay a dime for her ;)
