To an amazing Cast of The Darkest Hour, I cannot begin to express my gratitude to either of you for how thankful I am to have been working with you all for the past four months. The journey was equally physical overwhemling asit was emotional -- we argued, fussed and did some more arguing BUT this weekends performances was a clear indication that it was all worth it. As I extend gratitude for believing in my dreams, I want to say how it was more than an honor to be in the company of such an amazing group of talented individuals -- you all showed what it is to be a consummate performer. Believe it or not, we collectively raised the bar for Stage Play entertainment -- matter fact Acting in its entirety within the Bahamas and those are not my words alone, but the echoing comments from audience members that conveyed their sentiments: 1]. Ive never seen acting this good in Nassau, they were GOOD 2]. This cast is better than some of Tyler Perrys actors 3]. Throughout the show, you couldnt tell if they were acting or not As a writer & director, its very difficult to find actors who can portray what youve created for the characters youve envisioned; but you guys Jamiko J Adderley Jon-Byron Bain Cara T. Newton Matt Turnquest Jochelle Eden DeAngelo Whyms Anshena Johnson Joanne St. Julien Anna Belle Calixte did a supercalifragilisticexpialidocious kind of a job! Im more than satisfied with the level of talent displayed throughout rehearsals, and to see it unfold on stage, yall took it to another level! Simply amazing. So thank you, I can not wait to begin working on.... ^_^
