To answer your question, my friend (and others interested): To install GIMP Photo Editor in Linux Ubunto 13.04 or Saucy Salamandre 13.10--- 1) Open terminal by pressing CNTRL + ALT + T 2) Enter this command: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:otto-kesselgulasch/gimp (This command automatically accesses the Linux Database PPA repository.) As always before any installation, you need to insure your system is completely up to date. So, finally, enter this command in the terminal: sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get install -y gimp When all is done, GIMP will be installed on your system!!!! You can simply copy the commands I have written here and then simply paste them into the terminal. Have fun!!!!!
