To anyone playing a show for Gorilla Music, rethink it. Its so Un-organized. And unfortunately, it was a waste our time when we played. Its unorganized and completely unfair. They ask you if you wanna play. Winners gets t shirts, $500 etc., you are given 100 presales that you MUST SELL of you want a good spot. The voting is terrible. Its a crowd judgement and if you dont have many friends or your friends couldnt stick around, you already have lost. Gorilla doesnt help promote the show either. They do nothing. They promise you a huge crowd and you only get the crowd of all the presales you and the bands sell which isnt very great because the presales wont sell if the show is unorganized. If you win they never give you a call back, any recognition, NOTHING. No, its not about winning, but, false promises.are a waste of time. They promise you that theyll expose you, get you out there, and show everyone what your capable of and want to share. Its a lie. . Rethink it cause honestly its a waste of time. You dont have to take my word for it, but if you ask anyone else, youll get the exact same bad review of them. Dont get screwed over.
