To anyone who saw the article about Dave Grohl I REALLY hope you saw that I did NOT intend to post that bitter diatribe. Ive always really liked Dave so it really bums me out. Im still trying to figure out how on Earth an article I barely skimmed through got posted to my feed? I think my iPhone has a mind of its own. Anyway, Ill never forget seeing the very first or second Foo Fighters gig ever at somebodys loft around Eastlake in downtown Seattle. It was a secret show and Mark and I were invited down. They were amazing and just as tight as they are now. The whole scene was really cool and felt like dorm parties at the mods at Evergreen State college in the early 80s. It turned into a giant dorm party after their set. Ill never forget Dave sitting on the floor with Mark and I drinking beer and shooting the shit with us that night. Daves the real thing. Im deleting the thread because people continue to hit like. How could anybody HATE Dave Grohl? Hes very loveable as this song indicates.
