To appease the masses or not to appease the masses is the BIG question. The question that seems to split most opinion makers in two. For some its a no brainer play for the people for others its not that simple. Personally I play period not for the people or anyone else for that matter. I like to tell stories new ones , unheard of but with familiar themes. My reasoning ,my biggest desire is to innovate , to put in place what hasnt existed before & its not an easy task. Innovation is forever ,maintaining the status quo well we know how that goes and its ok. My heroes coming up were innovators game changers who risked. Thats my end game and it is what completes the circle for me as a DJ.Playing for the people in the obvious sense isnt for me , playing to the people that is my bag. Walk with me join me as we both innovate and create. Dancer and DJ of one mind ,one purpose. There is merit in both approaches figure out yours. #TipOfTheDay
