To be honest, I cant stand Ton Koopmans harpsichord playing. Im almost allergic to it. But - there are exceptions, most notably from the beginning of his career. I still cherish his complete Sweelinck and personally I think not anyone has ever surpassed it since, however badly recorded it was. Koopmans playing is relatively restrained here, compared to his later recordings, and his improvised embellishments fit right into this music. I have always loved it, from the time they were first released in 1976 until now!
