To be more precised African (Countries) Governments make trade agreements with other Nations / Corporations to explore and develop their natural resources. These agreements appear to favor the outside Nations and their Corporations. The reasons are many that countries on the African continent are taken advantage of in these trade agreements. One that I have observed is; African Independence remains politically underdeveloped and tied to active decolonization reverse reparation agreements with previous colonizers. Some lasting 100 years. African countries remain dependent on Western and Eastern countries technology to reap revenue from Africa (desire) geopolitical resources. Historically speaking true independence and National Sovereignty requires the shedding of the blood of the oppressor by the oppressed. Better talk to our Native Americans about independence offered by the stroke of a white man pen. This is not hate talk, its just the way history has recorded political human relationship in building civilizations these past six thousand years. What we witness mostly today about human civilization and geopolitics is that you have the Conqueror / Victor -v- Conquered / Controlled. One is greater and the other lessor in the developed and developing worlds. Most often regardless of race, creed, nationality and religion. The one with the most force and power determines which is great and the other less in the dividing and control of humanity dependence on natural resources.
