To build a house you need to have a plan. The same goes for building the body you desire. You cant set a specific end goal, work haphazardly, and expect to end up nailing it. Take it from experience, I wasted many years doing things (what I thought was right at the time) very wrong. The best thing I ever did was sought out the help of a professional that practiced what he preached. I learned a lot from the experience and continue to fine tune things. Same goes for jumping rope! If you want to become a really good jumper of the rope, set a program that is going to help build your skills. Start with getting your rhythm and tempo under control. Develop various footwork skills and gradually increase the speeds at which you perform them. Keep building on those skills transitioning from one to the next and continue to add new ones to your repertoire.
