To buy or not to buy is the question. If you look closely at Iraq, Afghanistan, Eygpt, etc. you will see changes by UK/USA is done through their leaders - people who are hand-picked by the UK/USA. The leader are brought about by local third parties, who are willing to cooperate with UK/USA - to take their American dollars and do what is asked from them. The suitcase full of American dollars does the damage. The money could be used in much better ways. But they would not know any better. Unfortunately, the damage is not just destruction and non-ending wars. But the real damage is the relation with UK/USAs government.
