To calm Maceo down at night when he doesnt want to sleep, I sing or hum Amazing Grace to him .. Ive been doing it since day 1 and he loves it. But night after night of singing this song, its taken deeper root within me and has had me thinking about Gods truly Amazing Grace (Im sure that this is what has kept me calm and collective despite being exhausted) One line that keeps really coming through strong is how precious did that Grace appear the hour I first believed It has brought me back night after night to the moment I accepted Jesus as my savior. The moment I truly allowed God into my life 10 years ago at 17. I was not at a place that i felt worthy of anything let alone forgiveness and grace and yet God met me right where I was and despite the years following of me continuing to disobey Him, He forgave and His grace has poured down despite my imperfections. Guess what? He will do that for you too if you let Him. If you dont know what to pray, just say, Jesus. He hears you. I sure didnt know what to say but I knew he was doing something in my heart that day.
