To clarify; No evidence proved that Michael was attempting to flee or surrender. Regardless of race; if you go after an Officer and get killed in the process, then its not Police Brutality. No one was there aside from the Officer, Brown and any witnesses. Although almost 60% of the witnesses changed their stories throughout the interviewing process. Therefore, most perspectives were disregarded due to the irregularity. Physical evidence proved that Brown had gone after the Officer inside his vehicle. I dont see how rioting can be justified over one death, when people are shot and killed everyday. Its unfortunate, but everyone is making this about race. I never said Justice was served because the Black teen was murdered. I said Justice was served because after everything had been compiled the justice system could not charge a Police Officer for defending himself. Yes, the evidence has proven that in fact he was under attack and that even 6 African American witnesses acknowledged that the Officer was not at fault. I am not Ignorant. I am informed. Major difference. I suggest that anyone who disagrees with the Grand Jury to look at the evidence. ALL of the evidence has been made public. Look at the facts, NOT the skin color.
