To confess, I have worked in call centers and min wage customer service jobs all my life. I never had any ambition to get a better paying job because I never cared about money. Thats right: I never could bring myself to live my life in the pursuit of financial gain. It was like a foreign concept to me. That being said, I always knew you cant live without making money, so I kept working in these dead end jobs. That was a mistake. These jobs are run in a way to break you down, make you lose hope of ever getting a better job, and make you feel miserable to the point that, when youre off work, doing anything work related- including looking for another job- is unwelcome. It can get so bad that it will make even the nicest happiest person become miserable and hate being around others. Dont fall into this trap. Either work hard to get a job you can enjoy or work towards doing what you LOVE to do for the rest of your life. Maybe, if youre lucky, these will be the same thing. youtu.be/je3rQevW-cw
