To continue with invasive species. We must use more sense when we bring a plant or animal from one habitat to another. The horrible cat and rabbit situation in Australia? To destroy the non renewable Amazon rain forest to create charcoal and cattle grazing? This forest creates 80% of the earths oxygen. Cats are NOT native here, so they should be sterilized and kept indoors. For now, the feral cat colonies are kept outside but in the long run, they should be all fixed so all gone. Norway rats (and I believe roof rats) are not native. We must find a way to get these species off this continent. And these greedy jerks who imported Burmese pythons? 80% of the small mammals native to Florida are gone. And they want to keep importing more. And the awful selfish asses who brought European boars to mate with local wild pigs so that we get boars who kill our dogs? and who bring pike to local waterways who push out native fish? Tumble weeds are from Russia. Star thistle is also not native. Let us use more sense and quickly.
