To days Bible verse for meditation Even today I declare that I will restore double to you. Zechariah.9:12 Dear brother and sister, greeting in Jesus name. The scattered Israelites future was not hopeless. They suffered a lot. So our Lord promised them that He will restore them and will give double. People of Israel were under captives in Babylon for seventy years. Through the prophets God spoke to them, and at last he brought them from that place. Since they were in Babylon for many years they were not interested to come from that place. Also they forgot about Canon. Their thirst towards that place were slowly diminished. They started following their cultures. So God reminded them that if they come out of their captivity and return to Jerusalem, they will be blessed with double. They have to gather in the church and return to first love. God said to them, He will deliver them by His blood covenant. They have to look to Jesus and should take refuge in Him, then He said, today I will declare that I will restore double to you. Dear brethren, this promise was given to those who leave aside the world and fleshly desires with repentance, return to God whole heartedly to inherit new Jerusalem, the heavenly Kingdom. According to Isaiah 45:22, look to Jesus and you will be saved. You will be blessed according to Zec.9:12. All those who read this, dear beloved, are you living in the captivities, bondage and still following Babylonian cultures, to you my Lord says, Come out and return to Jesus under His refuge. If you obey for His word, you will restore double, one in the inner man and the other in the external life. Commit your life entirely to receive strength, comfort, realising the sin, teaching, joy, cleansing and prophecy in the inner man. And receive the external blessings like, life of witness, deliverance, holiness, remembrance, peace, righteousness and fulfilment. Today you will receive it. May the Lord bless you according to Zec.9:12 on this day.
