To doubt requires a lot of courage because you will need to doubt everything during the process. You will be surrounded by it. Every certainty will leave you - the things that gave you confidence, stability and comfort will cease to render the false cozy feeling they gave you for years. You will be left alone. It is in this state that you can/will begin the journey to discover/get in touch with your inner being. Just remember to be honest and consistent in the process of doubt :)
