To echo what Jake said earlier there has been a lot of negativity here of recent times so I thought I would add some balance to the equation. I understand the ap has its pros AND quite a list of cons... I am certainly not immune to them. I just dont sit around moaning about them I just find a solution, on here from my network from IS - I find it. I direct my mind to find a way and get on with the job of running a business. I belief thats what successful business owners must do. I dont have the time to whinge to be honest and it is a redundant task. IS can be frustrating, it has nuisance features and a lack of other amazing ones, has a steep learning curve, breaks your flow when things go wrong, sometimes takes more time instead of saving it and I could go on and on and on but I chose not to. I chose patience, persistence and a long term perspective. And sure maybe there are other applications out there. But here I am still using Infusionsoft. I love it and I love the people behind it. In fact the people make it tolerable more than anything. To add.. this piece of flawed software has added multiples of 7 figures to my business in the last 3 years and I am a small business and an ok marketer so this is not some small feat. It has also now saved me over $700K+ in wages and contractors from roles it made redundant (approx $250Kpa). Has given me freedom where there was once a prison and introduced me to people, other applications and opportunities that have been invaluable to my business and also my life. It has forged lifelong friendships (Icon baby!). So I love this painful product and have faith it WILL get EVEN better as time and investments go forward. Many good things take time and many of the greatest things in life will frustrate you, pain you and even bring you to a place of total distraction. Chose patience. And if you are thinking yea but I dont mean to be rude I am simply not interested. I wish you every success.
