To educate: My body fat % is at 8,3 right now. (10 point measure) BUT i does not look that low. .. Because the composition of my body has changed. I was extreme busy,and got lazy with my food intake. Because of that i lost a bit of muscle mass too! Conclusion: its not all about the numbers! You need to have all statistics and see how the body changes. So ready to GO, lets bulk up! And get the gains, see the body change. Next week update with a photo shoot!
