To ensure all goes smoothly during holiday entertaining, it’s good idea to prepare well in advance of the festivities. Take an inventory of bar supplies as you set up the serving station. Using an open piece like a cart or console table lets you see and access everything at a glance. Position bar cabinets with plenty of space around them, keeping in mind that guests tend to gather and mingle in those areas.
