To even access information to decide if one wants to enrol for ObamaCare on the federal marketplace, consumers must FIRST provide private personal information at the web site. However, not included in the web sites visible Terms and Conditions page (found, instead, in that websites blueprint, known as source code) is the following disclaimer: You have no reasonable expectation of privacy regarding any communication or data transiting or stored on this information system. . . . At any time, and for any lawful Government purpose, the government may monitor, intercept, and search and seize any communication or data transiting or stored on this information system. Of course, this isn’t the only problem with the implementation this policy—but I’d say it’s pretty disturbing.
