To everyone, April sent me this word from the Lord that she received in the early morning hours of 08/29/13. I asked her if it would be okay for me to allow the church to read and receive this. Here is her email: I took time to reflect on its meaning and application to me. It is not the type of word I am normally hearing and do not feel it is for me alone, kind of a hard word, so wanted to share it with you. It is: Call forth the holy prophets. Let them hear, let them write My words, let them proclaim my words, reveal the visions I have given them. Let them be released. Let the wise receive them, let their eyes be opened and ears tuned in to the season that is at hand. To what I am doing, the shifting and shaking taking place, the business that is not as usual. Be ever vigilant, watching so as not to miss it. A new thing I am doing among you. Let the trumpet sound, let the spiritual dead be awakened, let complacency fall and life be restored in the church, in My people. Come out, come out, o Lazarus, o Jerusalem, o slumbering ones, come out into the light of day, shake off the grave clothes, those of apathy, wake up I am calling your forth. This is your time, arise off of your beds, amass yourselves and stand strong before Me, prepare for My assignments, the battle cry is sounding. It is not time to slumber or sleep; it is a time for action. A time to be on knees in prayer before me, a place of preparation, of hearing the battle plan, to tune in to the sound of My voice, that you will recognize it in the midst of all other voices and follow it as I lead you forth. Then this morning I receive it: (08/31/13) That which you stand on is good but the bar is being raised. You are being called to a higher accountability. You need Me in order to do this, it’s all about Me, Me released through you. You need the time with me to receive what is to be released. Come and dine, snacks will not suffice, you need hearty meals. Feast on Me and My words, they are life to your bones and spirit, be fatted on Me. Spend time with Me, then take Me with you, don’t try to do what I ask on your own, you need Me in order to accomplish what is ahead. Continually drink from the Well Spring of life and be refreshed, revitalized, that you do not grow faint or weary. You are my representative; strive to represent me well and in fullness, for I am not a God of lack but of abundance physically and spiritually. I believe God has been hearing our prayers, and this is a time to press ahead. What I see ahead is a church (our church) that is placing itself in a position of ministry in our region. Are we up for the task? Absolutely! But it’s only through Him and our connection to Him. So, in the Sanctuary at 9:00 am Sunday mornings, we are asking you to join us for 30 minutes of fervent prayer and then for a time of fellowship at 9:30 in the foyer. And remember, when you pray, expect God to do wonderful things!!!!! Pastor Rick & Tammy
