To everyone I mocked, scoffed, raised an eyebrow at, or listened politely to but quickly walked away, I owe that long list of people an apology. I did my first Neti Pot rinse and its amazing. I feel a lot better. I realized nothing could be worse to experience than the poor people watching me bring in an industrial size tissue box of my own to a restaurant. Or my poor husband who heard me say, Excuse me, so I could honk my nose with little benefit. If you too are holding out, dont wait as long as I did. Surrender to the Neti.
