To everyone who has been there for the past four years encouraging me, pushing me, and listening to me gripe about homework, case studies, papers, and professors...Thank You! My husband has picked up the slack when I had homework. My kids have tolerated me spending weekends with my nose in a textbook. My Mom and Mother in-law have survived me taking timed finals and midterms while they kept the kids from bothering me. My friends have delivered support along with late night coffee and food that consisted of something more than popcorn. There are so many people that played a role in me being able to accomplish something that started as a whim four years ago. I remember looking at John one night out of the blue and saying, I think I want to go back to school. Normally I would have proceeded to overthink the weight of that decision but he answered with such an easy, So do it that I figured, why not?! And I did. Two states, three moves, two deployments, and who knows how many lattes later, here I am. I did it! But, in no way did I do it alone. I couldnt be more blessed to have amazingly supportive family and friends and I value you all. Thank you for sharing that journey with me. To those that were able to celebrate my commencement in person and those that were there in spirit, thank you so much. To my MIL and UJ, thank you for taking care of my babies so I could go walk. To my husband who constantly encouraged me, calculated GPAs, got me through statics, poured wine, brewed coffee, and promised me that I really was smart enough to do this, thank you. Im so proud to be your wife and have you as a partner. We are the best team. As I get back to the daily grind, I just wanted to say thank you and that I appreciate the many people who played roles in this adventure. Whos ready to do it again? ;)
