To everyone who has reached out to me, sent me a message, liked my status or pictures, I wanna say THANK YOU! Yesterday was one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make and today isnt much easier. As many of you may know Heidi has been the most awesome pup the past almost 5 years. Her life was cut short yesterday due to acute Leukemia that was just starting to set into her body. She had became weak and frail but the pain had not hit yet thank god. Heidi lived a pretty awesome life i do believe.. She was always happy to see me, and even happier to see my friends, she would run away a couple times seeming to end up at houses with smoking hot girls. (i think she knew i needed some help)... The squirrels were absolutely never safe. She didnt play fetch with small sticks, she played fetch with tree limbs. I wasnt done scratching her stomach until she would let me be done. She hated french fries and potato chips, love chicken nuggets and pizza crust. She will never be able to be replaced but she has given me the opportunity to love another dog as much as I have loved her. So many emotions have gone through me the past 48 hours, and Ive had to deal with every one of them. There was no hiding, no drinking away the sorrow. Raw real emotion. And for that I am so blessed that Heidi was put into my life in february 2009. She brought so many smiles to so many faces. But lastly, I thank each and everyone of you for being a part in my life, big or small. I dont mind being open on Facebook because for those that do read this you will know I am talking directly to you. Thank You. I love you and as you are always here me for, my door is always open for you! FEEL FREE TO LEAVE A MEMORY OF HEIDI... Thanks for being a part of OUR lives.
