To everyone who knows me, you all know I normally allow things to - TopicsExpress

To everyone who knows me, you all know I normally allow things to go and let things happen the way they should happen; but I cannot let this one go and I want to share this experience with everyone in hopes of helping someone else from falling prey the way I did and so many others have. Last month I wanted to teach my Son a lesson in economics. He wanted to purchase a car with his own money but off course since he is a teenager he would need to make payments. We went to Top Notch at 1101 North Santa Fe in Pueblo Colorado and it seemed like a wonderful idea and deal considering all the ammenities the vehicle had to offer, he put a down payment and later came to pick up the vehicle. We were told they were washing the vehicle and escorted us to sign the paperwork only to find out later the ammenities had been removed and the car had more miles on it that it initially had when he put the money down. The vehicle started on fire, the total repairs accummulate to about $1,600.00 and because he cannot afford this the vehicle has now been parked. My son is heartbroken because he is stuck with payments and obligation to pay monthly for a vehicle that dont work. Top Notch owner Luke Joseph Wodiuk and his wife Mikal Ann Medina lied and act as if nothing has happened, they refuse to hold up to their agreement of the contract. Police reports have been filed along with complaints to the BBB and Colorado Attorney General along with the Colorado dept of Revenue and when this was done, the owner Luke Wodiuk began threatening me and my child. I am hoping this post will make others aware to do your homework before dealing with Top Notch in Pueblo. I know things may not work out in our favor and my son may be stuck with this vehicle but as long as we save someone else from having this horrible experience will be worth it.
