To finish off the working week heres the best thing Ive heard in ages, and it still makes me smile even though it happened 3 days ago so thought I would share it with you. I was doing goal setting with an inspiring client of mine and a snapshot of convo went like this: Client: I just want to know that when Im 91 Ill still be fit, healthy, and be able to wipe my own backside. Me: THAT is freakin awesome.... (realisation) oh wow Ill be 51. Client: Well Ill be popping out of your cake on your 50th Birthday Prime example that no matter your age you have to keep up your zest for life, and keep moving forward with a positive frame of mind.
