To friends and family: My life is pretty simple so far here in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. I go to Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd at 7:15 am everyday (I take the university bus), teach my courses (Leadership & Teamwork and Learning Outcomes), take the bus back and go to my compound (gated university housing for faculty). I am wearing my black abayia, especially when I go to my classrooms that are filled by beautiful Saudi females between 19 to 23 years old. The most recent anecdote: I went to a supermarket that allows foreigners to pay with dollars. I used a $100 bill and the cashier asked me what year is that bill?...I looked for the year and I said 1994. He said, I am sorry madam, we only accept dollar bill from 2005 to the present time..Please be aware, if you are coming on this way, check the year on your dollar bill!....
